As a Business Analyst, you would analyze core business processes, create gap analysis documentation, define workflows, gather requirements, and evaluate available solutions to help service partners solve their technology needs.Working with cross-functional teams, service partners and other IT professionals, you will frame an integrated solution and translate your conceptual vision using new and existing products. This vision will then be communicated in a clear and detailed design package that includes business requirements, processes and workflow documentation, conceptual database models, use cases and service requirements.You will support the

development team with service requests, prioritization and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions• Create detailed business analysis and conceptual vision for opportunities• Create gap analysis documentation• Planning and monitoring• Aid in Defining business requirements• Review products and propose solutionsWork Environment and Level of Frequency typically requiredNearly Continuously: Office environment.Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be requiredNearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking.Often: Repetitive hand motion (such as typing), walking.Minimum QualificationsRequires a bachelor’s degree in related area (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education). Two to four years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
