This is a short term, temporary employment opportunity. Office Location: Stuart, FLThe Loan Vault File Specialist is responsible for distribution of incoming mail, safekeeping of loan files, filing/retrieving loan files upon request, preparing loan files with labels, organizing boxing and labeling files for offsite storage, prepping loan files for scanning, scanning of loan documents, indexing documents into imaging system, conduct file audits and other duties as assigned.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Distributes incoming mailEnsures safekeeping of loan filesFiling and retrieving loan filesPrepares all loan files with labels and organizes boxes for offsite storagePrepares loan files for scanning and indexes documents into imaging systemConducts regular file auditsAdheres to Seacoast Bank's code of conduct.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalentStrong alpha filing skillsBasic typing and computer skills/knowledgeAbility to lift 30 lbs.Previous loan documentation a plusThe Statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position.
