Description of the role:Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Avon is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through the car buying process and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions- Meet and exceed sales targets- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements:- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation and closing abilities- Professional appearance and demeanor- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- High school diploma or equivalent
