1Position Summary:The incumbent will play a large part in the success of UCI Health's strategic initiatives. This position manages complex projects that drive sustainable, measurable change. Develops and implements strategic priorities for the project management office (PMO). Plans and leads multiple projects from beginning to end using UCI Health tools and methods. Identifies best practices and designs solutions with stakeholders. Leverages data systems to build a robust fact base, quantify financial and operational benefits, and prioritize efforts. Provides insightful analyses and communicates recommended actions. Builds and embeds performance management processes to sustain change.Salary Range:Annual RateMinimum:
