Summary
Global Atlantic’s industry-leading practice management/value-add Consulting Group is looking for someone with a creative mindset to join their team. The position requires someone with strong graphic design skills capable of building engaging print and digital materials as well as striking PowerPoint presentations. The candidate will also need to be highly organized with solid research and writing skills and a strategic mindset overall for all external and internal team projects.
ResponsibilitiesContent design for the GAC team and the Meeting Concierge ServiceWork with the Creative Program Director on PowerPoint projects and updatesAct as project manager for GAC requests via GAC Consultants and wholesalersWork with the GAC Multicultural team to help design and maintain their new Consulting/Coaching platformManage weekly splash updates, chatter announcements, and Yammer postsManage all Compliance submissionsManage all team bios and annual bio updatesAct as a liaison to Marketing on all collaboration projectsRegularly analyze project workflows to find efficienciesLight administration responsibilities for client/partner email requests
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceEight (8+) years of progressively responsible experience in a Portfolio Program Management Office or PMO analyst or PM coordinator roleCritical thinker and effective communicatorStrong written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organizationDemonstrated ability to partner cross-functionallyOrganized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-taskAbility to adapt to changes quickly, capable of pivoting and focusing on competing initiatives, as well as managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyEnjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environmentTeam player with a positive attitude, flexible and focused on business issues and outcomesAdvanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite skills
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 — $114,000 USD. Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k) and a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
