Location: Delhi/NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Allahabad, Kolkata
Salary: 4 Lac + Rimb + Incentive
Experience: 3 to 14 years in sales
Functional Area: Sales
Education: UG – Any Specialization / PG – Any Specialization
The Key Responsibilities of the Incumbent:
To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the management’s business plan.
To aim to have a team of highly productive advisors.
To set targets for advisors.
To meet expected sales targets consistently.
To facilitate training, monitor development, and provide feedback on the performance of the advisors.
To review the performance of the advisors regularly.
To maintain a daily activity and recruitment tracker.
Desired Profile:
MBA in Marketing / Graduate – Any Stream.
Good academic record.
At least 2 – 5 years of Sales Experience.
Fairly good command over English as well as local language.
Should be presentable.
Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.
Constant, positive mental energy.
Ability to motivate people and lead a team.
Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors.
The candidate should be local or should have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 3 – 7 years.
