About The Opportunity

The Technical Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for owning the overall design, coordination, and delivery of small to mid-level technical projects as well as recommending best practices for solutions based on business needs. This role will require strategic design, mapping, and translation of an end-user problem statement into technical business requirements with accurate acceptance criteria for assignment to development teams. The Technical Business Analyst must have a solid understanding of accurate ROI and LOE estimation.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to assess and articulate goals and benefits of impacts.

Skilled at both business and systems gap analysis as well as building and articulating workflows.

Coordinates and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work.

Can exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on mid-level projects with minimal direction from Supervisor.

Can effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interact with executive-level project sponsors.

Can translate a problem statement into clear and concise User Stories and/or BRDs.

Can document all projects using Project Scope Template and keep all documentation up to date.

Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members of Reporting, Online, Operations, Account Management, Finance, Product, and Marketing.

Basic understanding of each area’s processes and ability to analyze how each area might be affected by a specific project.

Able to successfully demonstrate understanding of AgentPort on a profile level and how it interacts with Sabre.

Above average understanding of Sabre regarding creating bookings, shopping, faring, reading PNR and queue history, etc.

General understanding of all Corporate Technology systems (Sabre, profiles, OBTs, RED apps, scripts, Compleat, back office, finance, and reporting) and how they impact and interact with each other.

Ability to determine and document system, business or development dependencies within any given project ensuring a seamless delivery.

Experience & Qualifications

Can plan, organize, and structure work both independently and with a team.

Possesses strong analytical and evaluative skills.

Showcase good written and oral communication skills.

Ability to multitask.

Have good interpersonal and consultative skills.

Excellent attention to detail providing a high level of accuracy.

Strong MS Excel and Visio skills.

This role can be performed onsite or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of

$70,000 - $75,000.

Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
