Every day, we give people all around the world the opportunity to experience something really amazing - travel!About The OpportunityThe Technical Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for the business and technical analysis of technical products and processes across the Corporate Traveler, FCM, and Leisure brands. This role will require analysis of complex integrated platforms and their associated technical and business processes throughout the booking-to-invoice lifecycle. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with multiple teams, resources, and stakeholders to coordinate business requirements into technical requirements with accurate acceptance criteria for assignment to development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and articulate goals and benefits of impacts.Conduct business and systems gap analysis and build and articulate workflows.Coordinate and ensure successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work.Exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on mid-level projects with minimal direction from Supervisor.Facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus-building skills, and interact with executive-level project sponsors.Translate a problem statement into clear and concise User Stories and/or BRDs.Document business requirements into technical requirements and keep all documentation up to date.Work effectively with Technical and Non-Technical team members across Corporate Technology.Understand each area's processes and analyze how each area might be affected by a specific project or technical implementation.Demonstrate understanding of AgentPort on a profile level and its interaction with Sabre.Possess above-average understanding of Sabre in terms of creating bookings, shopping, faring, reading PNR, and queue history.Have a general understanding of all Corporate Technology systems and their interactions.Determine and document system, business, or development dependencies within any given project.Experience & QualificationsPlan, organize, and structure work both independently and with a team.Possess strong analytical and evaluative skills.Exhibit good written and oral communication skills.Ability to multitask.Have good interpersonal and consultative skills.Excellent attention to detail providing a high level of accuracy.Strong MS Excel and Visio skills.Technical skills such as Postman experience, API testing, Azure monitoring, and troubleshooting are a plus, but not mandatory.Work Perks! - What's in it for you:FCTG is renowned internationally for having amazing perks and an even better culture.
