Our purpose is to “open up the world for those who want to see.”About The OpportunityThe Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for the business and technical analysis of technical products and processes across the Corporate Traveler, FCM, and Leisure brands. This role will require analysis of complex integrated platforms and their associated technical and business processes throughout the booking-to-invoice lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to assess and articulate goals and benefits of impactsSkilled at both business and systems gap analysis as well as building and articulating workflowsCoordinates and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project workCan exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on mid-level projects with minimal direction from SupervisorEffectively facilitates meetings, demonstrates brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interacts with executive-level project sponsorsTranslates a problem statement into clear and concise User Stories and/or BRD’sDocuments business requirements into technical requirements and keeps all documentation up to dateWorks effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members across Corporate TechnologyBasic understanding of each area's processes and ability to analyze how each area might be affected by a specific project or technical implementationAble to successfully demonstrate understanding of AgentPort on a profile level and how it interacts with SabreAbove average understanding of Sabre regarding creating bookings, shopping, faring, reading PNR, and queue historyGeneral understanding of all Corporate Technology systems and how they impact and interact with each otherAbility to determine and document system, business, or development dependencies within any given projectExperience & QualificationsCan plan, organize, and structure work both independently and with a teamPossesses strong analytical and evaluative skillsGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to multitaskGood interpersonal and consultative skillsExcellent attention to detail providing a high level of accuracyStrong MS Excel and Visio skillsTechnical skill sets such as Postman experience, API testing, Azure monitoring, and troubleshooting are a plus, but not mandatoryWork Perks! - What’s in it for you:Have fun:
