Our purpose is to “open up the world for those who want to see” and provide amazing travel experiences.About The OpportunityThe Technical Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for the analysis of technical products and processes across the Corporate Traveler, FCM, and Leisure brands. This role requires analysis of complex integrated platforms and their associated technical and business processes throughout the booking-to-invoice lifecycle. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to coordinate business requirements into technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and articulate goals and benefits of impacts.Conduct business and systems gap analysis and build workflows.Coordinate and ensure successful completion of assigned project work.Exercise independent judgment and lead mid-level projects with minimal direction.Facilitate meetings and interact with executive level project sponsors.Translate problem statements into clear User Stories and/or BRDs.Document business requirements into technical requirements and maintain documentation.Work effectively with technical and non-technical team members across Corporate Technology.Understand processes and analyze impacts of projects or technical implementations.Demonstrate understanding of AgentPort and its interaction with Sabre.Understand Sabre functionality including bookings, shopping, and queue history.Understand Corporate Technology systems and their interactions.Document system, business, or development dependencies within projects.Experience & QualificationsAbility to plan, organize, and structure work independently and with a team.Strong analytical and evaluative skills.Good written and oral communication skills.Ability to multitask.Interpersonal and consultative skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong MS Excel and Visio skills.Technical skills such as Postman experience and API testing are a plus.Work Perks! - What’s in it for you:At the heart of everything we do is a desire to have fun.Celebrate success at regular Buzz Nights and the annual Global Gathering.Use your quick thinking and expertise to solve challenges.Embrace a love for travel.Build personal connections in a big business environment.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.Opportunities for personal and professional growth.Support for community involvement through Corporate Social Responsibility programs.Benefits Include:Paid Time Off (up to 25 vacation days after 2 years).Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision.401k program with partial match.Tuition Reimbursement Program.Employee Share Plan with partial company match.If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for, then APPLY NOW.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of
