The Manager, Global Logistics and Compliance is responsible for overseeing the global logistics operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and optimizing the supply chain process. This role will manage a team of logistics professionals, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with external partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products. This role requires a strong background in global logistics, compliance, and supply chain management, with the ability to drive process improvements and ensure adherence to local and international import/export regulatory requirements.What you'll be doing:Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification for products in development and provide guidanceMonitor industry news for tariffs and trade agreementsImport Compliance Manual development/monitor/make applicable changes to current practicesReview and determine import/export requirements for business segment initiativesCompliance/SOP manuals/monitoringACE/CARM knowledge and reporting/monitoringCustoms compliance training matters providing a culture of integrity and ethical behaviorManage internal HTS databaseAssisting with trade documentation complianceWork cross-functionally with other departments (Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Shipping, Warehousing) to inform, train, enforce, and monitor compliance related mattersManage relations with ocean carriers, air forwarders, dray carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers in matters relating to complianceManage contractual obligations and SOP between customs brokers/JazwaresContinual process improvement, cost savings, best practicesProcess development and improvement including customs documentation and reporting. Provide interpretation of company policies and procedures, work instructions to all Jazwares entitiesSupport investigations related to the team, including proactively identifying compliance gaps and required corrective actionsRaise awareness of general export/import control issues for the site through focused communications and training effortsPerform other duties as assignedSupervisor Responsibilities:Manages People:

YesThis position is responsible for all aspects of talent management for their teamWhat we look for:Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or other relevant field required5+ years of experience in global logistics, supply chain management, and complianceExperience with the ACE platformCertification in Customs Brokerage requiredCertification in International Compliance requiredImporting compliance certification preferredStrong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs requirements, and compliance best practicesProven experience in managing complex global logistics operationsStrong project management skills, with the ability to effectively oversee multiple projects and tasks at onceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partnersProficiency in logistics software and tools, such as TMS, WMS, and ERP systemsExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing teamWorking Conditions:Environment:
