We are

Lockheed MartinPartners with Air Dominance Combined Test Force (ADCTF) Leadership to create, manage and update aircraft modification and project schedules facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Master Schedules which accurately reflect the flow and resources required to execute modification scope and overarching ADCTF strategy. Provides time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates planning artifacts for aircraft modification, development of alternative COA’s, briefs modification status in multiple meetings. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Interfaces with ADCTF leadership and the customer as the planning integrator. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule baseline, models modification spans, and performs schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.A level 4 employee

Typically has 9 - 15 years

of professional experience.Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.Desired Skills:Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Aircraft Maintenance experience and good interpersonal skills.Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level:

Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.Work Schedule:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $95,900 - $183,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.Benefits offered:
