Groundworks is seeking a talented
Senior Supply Chain Inventory Analyst
to join our tribe in
Virginia Beach, VA!In this role, you will support advanced inventory and analytics functions, working closely with our existing analyst. You will play a key part in forecasting/planning and piloting new processes to continually enhance and improve workflows across our two distribution centers.Our target salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test and implement strategic process improvement in our distribution centers.Lead the development of reporting tools and dashboards using advanced technical tools like VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot.Oversee project management related to the implementation of forecasting and replenishment systems, and other supply chain initiatives.Conduct complex analysis to identify trends, patterns, and process improvement opportunities.Provide technical guidance and support to the inventory management team and distribution centers on system issues and best practices.Manage and improve data within our ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests and perform advanced data analysis as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with advanced Excel functionalities (formulas, pivot tables, VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot).Ability to conduct complex data analysis and develop meaningful insights and reports.Experience working in ERP systems, preferably in data management or reporting.Ability to present complex data to stakeholders.Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or supply chain industry.Demand forecasting and planning experience.Experience in managing or leading supply chain or inventory management projects.Job DetailsFull-timeOnsite in Virginia Beach, VAWhat we provide for our employeesCompetitive base compensation with lucrative bonus potentialEquity ownership in the nation’s largest and fastest growing foundation repair and water management companyThe best-in-class training programsAdvanced leadership training opportunitiesBenefits include Medical, Dental, Optical, Long/Short Term Disability, Life insurance, 401(k) with a company match after applicable waiting periodsPaid time off including 6 holidays after applicable waiting periodGroundworks is the leading provider of Foundation Repair, Crawl Space Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting & Stabilization.With more than 60 locations across the USA and Canada, Groundworks is the fastest-growing foundation solutions and water management company!
