Business Intelligence Analyst , you’ll collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive informed decision-making. You’ll create impactful reports and visualizations using SQL and Power BI, and communicate your findings to key stakeholders. You will turn data into actionable insights, ensuring data-driven strategies are seamlessly implemented.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop production-level reports for executive stakeholders using SQL and Power BI.Manage and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Provide support for the online Power BI environment and assist end users through the Zendesk platform.Lead Quality Assurance Testing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.Create, update, and maintain comprehensive reporting documentation.Conduct needs analysis, document requirements, and optimize system logic as necessary.Summarize and present testing outcomes in clear and actionable terms.Serve as a liaison between clients, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.Collaborate with clients and technical teams to align reporting solutions with business needs.Participate in a limited on-call rotation to provide support as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Proficient in Power BI, Power Query, and SQL.Solid experience with word processing and spreadsheet tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels.Strong abilities in consensus-building, multitasking, interpersonal relations, and analytical thinking.Adept at working collaboratively with both technical teams and clients.Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.RequirementsFull-timeOnsite in Virginia Beach, VAWhat we provide for our employeesCompetitive base compensation with lucrative bonus potential.Equity ownership in the nation’s largest and fastest growing foundation repair and water management company.The best-in-class training programs.Advanced leadership training opportunities.Benefits include Medical, Dental, Optical, Long/Short Term Disability, Life insurance, 401(k) with a company match after applicable waiting periods.Paid time off including 6 holidays after applicable waiting period.Groundworks is the leading provider of Foundation Repair, Crawl Space Encapsulation, Basement Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting & Stabilization.With more than 60 locations across the USA and Canada, Groundworks is the fastest-growing foundation solutions and water management company!We're unique here at Groundworks.
