Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervisionProvide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issuesConduct interviews and participate in the hiring processManage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandisingMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenueTrain and develop team members to enhance their skillsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresQualifications:
