will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guest
satisfaction

Understand and enforce the hotel company credit policies

and make deposits in accordance with hotel and company
policies

Ensure associates adhere to performance and service standards and conduct appropriate accountability measures by providing
direction, support and timely
feedback

Any and all
other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
