Work with the category management team to develop sell-in and sell through analytics.Support standard Walmart reporting while improving the suite of deliverables based on internal team and customer feedback.Compile POS data from Luminate, Circana and Numerator.Oversee regular updates of category and shopper insights to internal teams.Assist the marketing functions with pre-to-post promotion assessment.Investigate business issues on an ad-hoc basis using sales data with problem solving tactics to determine reasoning and recommendations.Engage in innovation and competitive tracking process by providing guidance around category, segment, and item assortment and performance.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics/Analytics, Marketing, or another relevant field preferred.5+ years experience working for a 3rd party data/insights supplier (Nielsen, Circana, Kantar, 84.51, dunnhumby, etc.) and/or experience working as a merchant in analytics, insight, or operations with Walmart (strongly preferred) or other national retailers - strong CPG background required. This work must have included presenting insights.Ideal candidate has a home office near Bentonville, AR. This position requires frequent travel to Walmart HQ for line reviews, in addition to the ability to travel to FHP home office in Aurora, IL for sales/marketing meetings (and other possible locations).Must have experience using POS data systems. Luminate/Retail Link strongly preferred. Other systems might include Circana (IRI) and/or Nielsen.Strong user of MS Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities, comfortably making decisions and recommendations. You take pride in ownership of projects and have a strong track record in delivering actionable insights.Effective communicator with all levels of the organization and retail partners, communicating with confidence in a clear and concise manner.Respond with appropriate urgency to various market trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.Experience with financial acumen; knowledge of P&L and core metrics a plus.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
