We’re currently looking for a highly professional, customer service-focused, and career-minded Area Manager in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Interstate’s Area Managers are responsible for the daily operations of assigned parking lots and facilities.

A customer-centric approach with 2 – 3 years of relevant customer support and staff management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or property management.

A high school degree is required; a two-year or four-year degree is preferred.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Create and implement strategies to maximize profitability of assigned locations.

Responsible for budget management, expense management, and financial review of assigned locations.

Build a broad and growing customer/client base by consistently meeting the needs of landlords and property managers.

Create and maintain professional relationships with all customers, vendors, team members, co-workers, and clients.

Responsible for the management and development of a team of parking professionals.

Conduct field audits to ensure the effectiveness of revenue collection procedures.

Monitor parking locations for cleanliness, signage, and safety.

Schedule:Monday-Friday with some evening and weekend responsibilities depending on events.
