Executive Search in Information TechnologyWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about data and analytics and eager to contribute to our retail and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and enhance our business intelligence capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Data Management:• Utilize SQL and Azure to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.• Support data integrity and quality assurance processes.Technical Skills:• Apply Python and Excel expertise for data analysis and light data science tasks, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling.• Use SQL-lite for database management and querying.Business Acumen:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.• Demonstrate a strong curiosity to learn about the business, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities for improvement.Communication:• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.• Assist in the development of documentation and training materials for end-users.Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.• Strong skills in Python and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.• Experience with SQL and Azure for data querying and management.• Experience with Jupyter notebooks.• Familiarity with retail, marketing, and customer analysis concepts.• Basic knowledge of R or other data science tools is a plus.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong business acumen and a genuine curiosity about business processes and data.Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices.• Experience working in a retail or marketing environment.
