Every one of our 'ohana needs to feel aloha and genuinely extend aloha to all, be they guests or colleagues, strangers or friends.Job Duties:Assist the General Maintenance and Lead Maintenance with installs, repairs, services, inspections, tests and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, & equipment (FF&E).Assist the General Maintenance and Lead Maintenance with the following systems: life safety, heating, cooling, plumbing, ventilation, water, electrical and mechanical.Minimum Qualifications:Trade or Vocation School graduate desired.1-3 years of work experience in building maintenance is required.Work experience within the hotel industry is preferred.Working knowledge of one or more trades desired (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, A/C refrigeration, landscaping) depending on the individual property needs.Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service-oriented attitude and be able to work well with others.Come Work Here!Base pay starts at $27.43.Benefits include:Health Insurance (Dental, Medical, Prescription, Vision)Paid Holidays, Sick, Vacation and Medical LeaveRetirement Plan (401K)Recognition and Award ProgramsEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounted Hotel RatesMany opportunities for growth through our training and development programs!*Please note that benefits may vary depending on position or property.
