Position Summary:HCS is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager in Centreville, VA! The Project Manager will oversee ground up Commercial and Industrial Mechanical construction projects. The Project Manager will be expected to oversee and manage the successful execution and completion of assigned projects on-time and on budget. The PM will be responsible for the projects budget, scheduling, contract documents, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finishOversee project design alongside design team to ensure accuracyDirects performance of contractsPrepares estimates and budgets along with estimatorField supervision to ensure daily goals and schedulesCoordinates daily work effortsChange order managementMonthly reporting including budget and scheduling reportsWorks closely with superintendent, estimator, client, field staff, and others to ensure project completion on time and on budget in a safe mannerRequirements:
