Project Manager

Position Summary:The Project Manager will oversee ground up commercial construction projects. The Project Manager will be expected to oversee and manage the successful execution and completion of assigned projects on-time and on budget. The PM will be responsible for the projects budget, scheduling, contract documents, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction. The PM will also be responsible for managing all subcontractors on-site as well as directing the Superintendent. We're looking for reliable and hard-working individuals that take pride in their work.

Responsibilities:5-10+ years' experience managing commercial projectsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, inspection reports, specifications, etc.Experience with project budgeting and schedulingKnowledge of basic construction practices and project management techniquesAbility to negotiate, track, and approve change orders in a timely mannerAbility to manage and supervise Superintendent, subcontractors, and vendorsProficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office applicationsAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyAbility to coordinate with Superintendent to ensure project completion to specificationsAbility to work with sensitive deadlinesAbility to travel to site specific projects as needed

Requirements:Commercial Construction Project ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferredAbility to work with within a team, with upper management, and with subordinatesEstimating Experience a plusStrong client relations skills are a must to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessEffective problem-solving skills, and ability to make time sensitive decisions
