Allied and Scientific HealthCentral Adelaide Local Health NetworkHampstead Rehabilitation Centre, Northfield, 5085Salary AHP-3 $102,641 - $110,094 p.a.Temporary up to 29/6/2025 and full-time working 37.5 hours per weekAbout the roleAs the Senior Clinician, Interdisciplinary AH Professional (IDP), you will:be a highly experienced clinician who works collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, to deliver quality services to patients/clients within Neuroscience and Rehabilitationcollaborate with other members of the team, patients, and their families/carers, to deliver, facilitate, and support the rehabilitation process through the coordination, delivery, and development of clinical services and team processes according to team priorities.undertake a range of inter-disciplinary clinical assessment, consultation, and intervention tasks, including coordination of NDIS processes and discharge planninghave sound working knowledge of NDIS processes and associated discharge planning, and be responsible for service planning, provision and evaluation, as well as research and quality activities.QualificationsAppropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles your registration with
