The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Job DescriptionJob Description:The Title and Records Specialist I position will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, properly manage title inventory, and the releasing of titles to clients.Job Responsibilities:Intake process- scanning all titles into title vaultVerify and validate titles for title negotiabilityShip all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to clientResponsible for generating and fulfilling picklistResponsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepanciesResponsible for sorting and filing title inventoryQualifications
:Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDGenerally, less than 2 years of experiencePreferred Qualifications:Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently is preferred.Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.Work Environment:Office setting.Drug TestingTo be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
