Retail Supply Chain is focused on designing end-to-end supply chain that is agile and able to quickly respond to the speed of business. As a Retail Supply Chain Operations Specialist you will be the main point of contact for all field sales team, training teams, community events, and sales advocates asset tracking. You will help drive operational execution of forward and reverse logistics as well as device traceability within internal and external asset management systems. You will be requested audits for all existing inventory from purchase point to end-user and expected to manage the EOL of the assets.You will need to interact with Field leadership and be accessible to 450+ field members to ensure operational excellence. Additionally, you will be required to explain and resolve bottle necks or risks to Field leadership.We are looking for ambitious, self-starting, candidates who possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills with a proven track record of collaboration across a large and diverse organization, and are able to think quickly and act strategically while not hesitating to assist in addressing a clear need impacting our corporate and field teams. • Expectations include internal request processes, and partnering with distribution to coordinate shipments. In addition, this position will partner with their Retail Supply Chain peers on the logistical, and operational oversight of our Consolidator.• Access multiple systems to create clean audit reports for various parts of the organization.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure devices are delivered and returned through ad-hoc events• Partner with Samsung Security on all security protocols for management and distribution of assets• Manage consolidator non-DC EMS (Event Management System), similar to Warehouse WMS, for distribution of serialized assets• Partner with internal distribution partners to coordinate shipments and escalations• Support and streamline forward and reverse logistics• Complete adhoc audits of all samples in the field and event requests• Conduct weekly transfers using internal and external asset management software’s• Perform data analytics on the inventory flow of materials from production through third-party warehouse vendor• Work with the Financial Strategy team to manage all inventory at the third-party vendor warehouse and perform device inventory tracking for all SEA retail display locations using Warehouse Management System• Audit device software versions and communicate with end-users to provide and troubleshoot software versions.• Innovate, communicate, and implement Standard Operating Procedures to support scalable, cost-effective growth• Develop relationships with channel owners and manage new channel onboarding to support scalable optimization for SEA• Strategic Project management, partnering with HQ, the Consolidator, and internal partners to ensure timely roll-out of Iconic devices• Participate in consolidator asset audit 2x a year• Drive Retail Supply Chain’s innovation efforts, managing those projects from initiation to close• Prepare weekly executive reports detailing the status of open projects/initiatives• PM 3rd party consolidator ordering portal• Leverage PPT proficiency to translate detailed information into brief and clear executive updatesBackground & Competencies Required:• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations• Six Sigma, CSCP, CPIM or other applicable supply chain certifications preferred• Demonstrated experience in navigating cross-functional teams• Mobile industry or consumer electronics retail experience strongly preferred• Self-starter, able to add value without specific direction• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful story-telling• Objectively able to look at available information and make recommendations• Positive attitude and ability to adjust as changes occur• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead cross-functional partners without direct authority• Advanced to expert proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Job Responsibilities:Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Skills:Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials.Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
