Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online contact* Generate sales opportunities for the dealership* Perform customer service tasks such as booking appointments and providing information* Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers* Assist customers with product and service inquiries
Requirements
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent* Previous experience in customer service and/or sales* Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills (bilingual a plus)* Ability to use computer systems for customer service, sales, and accounting* Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
