We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst / Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation while ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services.Responsibilities:
Lead the requirements gathering process, working closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive understanding of requirements.Facilitate requirement prioritization and acceptance criteria definition sessions with stakeholders and team members.Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage.Lead and coordinate the QA testing process, including test execution, defect tracking, and resolution.Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate system functionality and performance against business requirements.Implement and maintain QA best practices, processes, and standards to ensure consistent quality across projects.Mentor and coach junior BA/QA team members, providing guidance and support in requirements analysis and testing methodologies.Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables within scope and budget constraints.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and quality assurance.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.Experience with test automation frameworks and tools is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for coaching and developing team members.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
