As the Quality Assurance Lead on the Manufacturing Systems team, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA analysts to ensure the quality and reliability of systems for our manufacturing business. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of quality assurance best practices.Primary Responsibilities
Lead the QA team in designing, implementing, and executing test plans.Review and provide feedback for business requirements to develop clear acceptance criteria.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects and issues.Develop and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices.Mentor and train QA team members to enhance their skills and performance.Qualifications
5+ years of experience in quality assurance testing.2+ years of experience in a QA Lead or similar role.Expertise in all phases and types of testing including functional, non-functional; smoke, sanity, integration, usability, user acceptance, end-to-end, regression, and performance.Strong strategic thinking, capable of aligning QA processes with business goals.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Experience with writing SQL queries and data validation.QA experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
