Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience who can help us in providing business analysis, requirement gathering, JADs, and Salesforce CRM Business Analysis and deployment services to our clients. This hybrid position would require on-site presence in Sacramento, CA once or twice a month only if needed; otherwise, it is completely remote.Required Skills:Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in performing business analysis services in support of Salesforce deployments.Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in analyzing, documenting, communicating, and verifying requirements in large JAD meetings with various teams, including clients.Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers, or end users, and the software development and/or information technology teams.Candidate must have more than 3 years of experience in performing business analysis services in support of Salesforce deployments utilizing an iterative (Agile) development process.Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud and Lightning Services) solution requirements.Candidate must have more than 3 years of experience using business modeling, testing, and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.Candidate must have more than 4 years of experience in evaluating business processes and identifying areas for process improvement.Candidate must have more than 4 years of experience in updating and maintaining system procedures and process documentation.Candidate must have more than 4 years of experience in monitoring business analysis deliverables and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project artifacts.Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology.This is a remote position.
