0.01Position Summary:The Administrative House Supervisor has 12-hour shift responsibility for supporting the staff in all departments in daily operational functions, clinical functions, and bed capacity management. Has fiscal responsibility to ensure that department budget constraints pertaining to staffing guidelines are met. Coaches, mentors, and advises staff in coordinating and facilitating services which ensure high-quality care, cost-effectiveness, superior patient experience, and compliance with regulatory standards. Represents hospital administration in coordinating hospital-wide issues of concern and appropriately notifying the administrator-on-call as indicated. Maintains current knowledge of hospital-wide operations. Facilitates positive, collaborative, and cooperative relationships between hospital.Required Qualifications:Minimum Education: Knowledge necessary to obtain RN license in the state of California and current California RN license. Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification. Current CPI certification within 90 days of hire. Minimum Experience: 1-3 years recent nursing experience preferred.
