Develop and deploy compliance program policies, procedures, forms, trainings, and reports to support operations in compliance with applicable regulations and program requirements.Act as the Alternate Indirect Air Carrier Security Coordinator under the CWW IACSSP and the Alternate Principal Security Coordinator under the CCSSSP.Process Security Threat Assessments, including collection and verification of data, as well as record keeping, including STAs of directors.Manage authorized representatives to ensure accurate and complete setups are in place.Support stations with external TSA audits including corresponding with TSA officials, conduct and follow up internal TSA compliance audits including required corrective actions.Maintain C-TPAT portal for Crane Worldwide Logistics.Analyze processes and suggest changes to enhance the organization.Interpret policy and procedures and apply professional knowledge regarding auditing and recordkeeping to enhance the organization.Develop audit programs and scopes.Other duties as assigned.Other Skills & Abilities

Expert/Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension).Must be able to work with legal counsel representing a governmental agency.Highly motivated and energetic with a proven ability to work in a fast paced and continually changing environment.Must be able to operate independently and operate within a team environment.Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.Must have ability to travel domestically (up to 40% of the time) to multiple work locations.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Demonstrates initiative and adaptability.Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in criminal science or security management or related field degree, required.
