This role works with the dev team and the creative team owning the product requirements, user stories, and new features of our global, multi-patented, SOC 2 Certified secure platform.Responsibilities

Develop business-level and functional product requirements.Deliver use cases and user stories for new features and functionality.Work with the Creative team to deliver cutting-edge UX/UI.Deliver customer-facing release notes and product documentation.Research & identify solutions to maintain iFOLIO’s competitive edge (web building, email campaigns, text message campaigns, analytics, digital presentations, mobile).Opportunity to

Communicate with clients, including conducting workshops and seminars to educate them on new products or services.Analyze customer needs and provide guidance on how to meet those needs by suggesting solutions and recommending products.What we’re looking for

Experience as a product manager.Experience collaborating with engineering teams & design to develop new cloud computing products or services.Great team communication, including writing and verbal skills; adept at communicating through the framework of stand-ups, team meetings, and ongoing project communication.Integrity / trustworthiness.Independent / self-starter / strong work ethic.Life at iFOLIO
