You will make an impact in the lives of premature infants and their families by choosing to be a part of the Prolacta team.As a Project Manager I, you will be an active member of the Enterprise Project Management team while driving project workstreams and managing critical processes that are aligned with the company’s commercial goals and objectives. This position will report to the Project Management Office Senior Manager. www.prolacta.com .How You Will ContributeManaging and leading varying initiatives/projects from initiation, monitoring progress to completion and ensuring objectives are achieved.Facilitating and engaging with cross-functional teams with varying levels of seniority and experience, using the RASCI model.Building a strong project team by cultivating relationships and illustrating how individual team members affect the success of the entire project while ensuring all voices are heard throughout the process.Ensuring projects and processes adhere to appropriate frameworks and all documentation is maintained accordingly.Developing project management strategies, documenting project structure, and preparing summary reports for project owners/sponsors.Maintaining and monitoring project scope, plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, to ensure project deadlines are met on time and at or under budget.Maintaining RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions).Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.What You Bring to the RoleBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or similar discipline.1-3 years of experience in project management or a closely related discipline.Minimum PMI certification of CAPM or equivalent.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex situations clearly and convey difficult messages in a positive manner.Proven time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills to work effectively and independently while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities.Self-initiative to actively seek opportunities to broaden knowledge and improve skills.Intermediate competency in Microsoft applications, including MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve the best possible solutions.Ability to understand stakeholder needs and challenges; apply creative and logical approaches to identify solutions.Ability to inspire others to work around obstacles for project completion.How Prolacta Benefits YouTo drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we’re committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone.
