Westerville, OhioRoles & Responsibilities:Manage the Major Incidents process to guide actions and decisions in resolving incidents quickly. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement vital solutions. Coordinate all incident activities, prioritize incidents, and determine their severity.Resolve customer-facing issues, manage customer complaints, and ensure customers are informed about incidents and their resolutions. Make timely and empathetic communication with customers, manage expectations, and collaborate with team members to address issues. Coordinate incident response activities, gather the response team, and set up communication channels.Benefits:
