Westerville, OhioRoles & Responsibilities:Handle Major Incidents process to guide actions and decisions in resolving incidents as quickly as possible. Responsible for investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing vital solutions.Coordinate all incident activities, including prioritizing incidents and determining severity. Manage customer-facing issues, resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and ensure customers are informed about incidents and resolutions.Coordinate incident response activities, gather the response team, and set up bridge calls for communication.Benefits:
