Westerville, OhioRoles & Responsibilities:Handle the Major Incidents process to guide actions and decisions in resolving incidents as quickly as possible. Responsible for investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing vital solutions. Coordinate all incident activities, including prioritizing incidents and determining severity.Work optimally towards resolving incidents and drive coordination among teams, with the goal of resolving incidents promptly. Handle customer-facing issues, resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and ensure customers are informed about incidents and resolutions. Manage customer expectations and work closely with team members to address customer issues. Coordinate incident response activities, gather response teams, and set up bridge calls for communication and partnership.Benefits:
