MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

You will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's commercial processes are efficient, effective, and continuously improving. Tasked with building a diverse team, which will incorporate data driven decision making, identify micro trends and correlations to improved sustainability and scalability. You will oversee process improvement projects and initiatives to ensure that they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

This role requires an experienced and strategic leader who possesses exceptional analytical affinity to uncover latent market trends and insights. You will have a profound impact on the business by providing key insights and recommendations to drive improvements and growth.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Spearhead the transformation of RST commercial operations by developing and implementing innovative strategies and tools to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.

Identify and implement commercial KPIs that will serve as the foundation for measuring the effectiveness and health of the business.

Identify process improvements that will yield cost reductions, increased profit margins, improved quality, and greater efficiency.

Pollinate best practices, and drive design and critical thinking to RST daily practice.

Partner with the Customer Success team to bring to light valuable insights and ideas that will drive innovation and growth across the organization.

Unveil patterns, micro trends, and insights to drive impactful strategic decisions.

Translating data analysis to business language, standardized and easy to digest.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to help develop customer facing applications.

Develop best practices and critical thinking, ensuring that these principles are integrated into our daily operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial or business support role, preferably in the medical devices industry (Or Master’s Degree with 8 years of experience).

7 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or related fields.

Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.

Experience with process mapping, process improvement methodologies, and KPI development and implementation.

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analytics tools and techniques including but not limited to SQL, HTML, Python etc.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

Experience in data access, processing, and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau etc.

Excellent people skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and lead diverse teams in an ambiguous environment.

Strong business (medical devices) acumen.

Comfortable pitching and presenting to leadership team.

Fluent in English.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $151,200.00 - $226,800.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
