Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Service Management Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of service management and reporting governance for a large organization. You’ll collaborate with various service owners, manage service metrics, and facilitate monthly Management Business Reviews, playing a crucial role in improving service management practices and automating metrics.In this role you will:Drive the ongoing service management program across an organization of 200+ employees and 12+ active services.Facilitate the annual review of service contracts, objectives, and metrics to ensure alignment with business needs.Collaborate with Service Owners to review and report SLAs and KPIs on a monthly basis to leadership.Assist teams in driving service mentality and updating service maturity progress.Benefits and Perks

7+ years of experience in service management, including SLA and KPI establishment.Extensive experience in cross-team collaboration and large-scale project management.Basic understanding and experience with OKRs.Strong documentation and communication skills.Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.Experience creating dashboards or automating metrics.
