The Senior Project Manager is responsible for running all aspects of a design, design/build, EPCM, or semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing facility construction project. Responsible for all scope, schedule, budget, safety, and team management. Must be able to lead and manage projects over $500 million.Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Provides leadership to the proposal technical team and project team upon award of a contractProvides professional and disciplinary leadership for the assigned staffImpacts the department results by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing plansIdentifies differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during bid, proposal, and execution phasesActs as a senior subject matter expert in strategic and/or complex and big projectsProvides EPC Project Management support to the Business Development groupReview and provide manpower requirement estimates and adjust the department resources to requirementsManages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or Design Build projectsAccountable for managing the overall execution of the contractResponsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cash management, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategiesParticipates in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertiseMaintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Company’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereofIn coordination with the relevant Discipline Director, executes a master agreement with each consultantMaintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentationDevelops and maintains continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representativesMonitors the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with Discipline Directors and with available programsPromotes positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceivedChampions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and The Collaborative WayOther duties as assignedShow your expertise
