The Senior Manager, Scheduling is responsible for the management, supervision, and coordination of the end-to-end integrated schedule development, coordination, and control process throughout the life cycle of the project(s). Enabling project teams to target competitive schedule solutions and provide critical input for the project risk management process.Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Supervises and assures the quality and timeliness of all scheduling activitiesDrives standardization into the scheduling process and directs function oversight to any contracted scheduling servicesEnsures appropriate schedule detail level is utilized based on project execution requirements and project phaseEnsures schedules are properly loaded with project resources to facilitate effective staffing and resource density analysisEnsures key metrics and benchmarks (internal and external) are in place to effectively gauge schedule performance and promote continuous improvementEnsures the schedule supports the change management processLeads schedule update meetings, as requiredPerforms a variety of tasks associated with the development and maintenance of highly complex Primavera P6 project schedules including; WBS structure development, logic links, constraints, resource loading, progress tracking, earned value reporting, float management, etc.Other duties as assignedShow your expertise

Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organization and coordination skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Basic understanding of Project Controls FunctionsThorough understanding of proven scheduling techniques and practicesUnderstanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) concepts and calculationsExperience in earned value management and the ability to audit/validate both engineering and construction progressExperience integrating schedule and BIM model (desired)Construction industry experience with relevant bachelor’s degree and/or professional training desired10+ years’ experience in the commercial construction industry and 10+ years of scheduling experience preferredProficient using Primavera P6 (resource and cost loading)Experience in construction industry; specific to semiconductor plants, clean rooms and tool installs. Design and/or construction of process or clean utility systemsExperience working with engineering, procurement, and contractors
