Manitowoc, WIDescription / Scope / Mission Coordinates the D&I projects to ensure the achievement in terms of project time, quality, and cost objectives in line with the customer expectations and the regulatory requirements (FDA cGMP, BRCGS Consumer Products standard, ISO9001 standard).

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

Manages and coordinates the projects assigned by the Program Manager. Oversees all aspects of the project, using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.Responsible for coordinating and completing the project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project. May be responsible for more than one project at a time.Has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis, exercising creativity in performing this role.May be assigned as main technical contact for specific customers, supporting the Group in understanding client needs essential for good relationships and potential new business development.Coordinates specific activities in the project timeline according to the project status with all departments inside the company.Discusses technical specifications and/or quality issues, project issues, timelines, and other related matters with customers and external suppliers.Coordinates the RFQ for New Product Introduction / New Product Execution coming from the Sales Department, providing final Product Cost for quotation purposes.Coordinates the D&I local team (Bill of Material Technicians, Formulation Chemist) to provide Plant support on specific D&I activities.MARGINAL JOB DUTIES: NoneEducation / Certification / Qualifications / Experience Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management within the consumer products manufacturing industry, ideally with at least 3 years in management positions.
