Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Key responsibilities include executing on change initiatives which may result in breakthrough cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline.Line of Business Job Description:This role is part of the Enterprise Transaction Services Transformation Initiatives and Process Office supporting Strategy and Operational Excellence. The Process Design Consultant partners with business subject matter experts, Process Owners/Delegates, Change Management, and Technology to perform current state assessments, document business case opportunities, business requirements gathering, and target state design. Also works with partners to provide/maintain an end-to-end view of their processes, analyze impacts and data, challenge current state with a view at optimizing target state, develop roadmaps, and contribute to the optimization of the organization through continuous improvement and process reengineering.The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and a process improvement mind-set with the ability to strongly challenge processes and drive optimization. Directly supports the program's strategic direction, transformation efforts, and process driven culture. Also serves as Process Advisor for Process Management Certifications for Process Owners and Delegates.Responsibilities:Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities.Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design-oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits.Establishes and implements a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions.Implements moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.Leads the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including project charters, Suppliers, Inputs, Outputs, and Customers (SIPOC), Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) process maps, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Process Design and/or Project Management experience.Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Executive presence and ability to lead meetings, including meetings with executive participants.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated success working in Matrix organization.Proficient in problem analysis and solution design.Good business judgment for risk/reward trade offs.Strong Financial Analysis Skills.Desired Qualifications:Enterprise Transaction Services front line unit, control function, change management or support experience.Skills:Change ManagementContinuous ImprovementProcess DesignProcess SimplificationReportingBusiness Process AnalysisCritical ThinkingProcess Performance MeasurementProgram ManagementStrategic ThinkingConflict ManagementDecision MakingProcess EffectivenessScenario Planning and AnalysisShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:
