Supply Chain Supervisor

LHH is actively seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Marengo area. This role is responsible for working closely with key clients to ensure a high level of service throughout the purchasing and delivery process. This is a HYBRID opportunity.The primary responsibilities for this role include:Lead a team of coordinators including monitoring KPIs and annual reviewsDevelop and maintain relationships with customersCollaborate with other departments to ensure service delivery levelsLead and manage inventory managementCoordinate meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholdersCreate and implement SOPsCreate POs and InvoicesPrepare documentation and departmental reportsAdditional duties as neededThe ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications:3+ years of leadership experience in supply chainERP experience (Netsuite a plus)Proficient in MS OfficeAbility to work in a deadline driven environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalLHH is a leader in permanent recruitment—and in the placement of top talent.
