Safety Manager

The Safety Manager will develop and implement health and safety protocols, ensuring staff are informed about emergency procedures, protective equipment, and accident response.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enforce safety policies in accordance with OSHA standards.Provide safety training and guidance on equipment use.Review and update existing safety procedures.Monitor operations for safety improvement opportunities.Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.Prepare safety reports for management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.Strong attention to detail and hazard identification skills.Bilingual in Spanish is required.Benefits Include:
