Responsibilities:Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategiesBuilding business relationships with current and potential clientsContacting, qualifying, and developing ongoing relationships with assigned accounts in order to increase sales volumeQuoting prices and preparing sales contracts for orders obtained. Must have abilities to do material take-off from blueprints.Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accountsCreating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferencesCreating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client informationCold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing processMeeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goalsMaintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM softwareCollaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plansRequirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customersExperience with lead generation and prospect managementTechnical competencies (drawing/blueprints reading)Experience in Castings, Fasteners or similar industry preferredEnergetic self-starter able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skillsDecision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skillsProficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, ExcelExcellent analytical and time-management skillsDemonstrated and proven sales resultsAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamPay Details:
