Posted Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 7:00 AMOverviewThe Digital Business Analyst supports internal customers and OnPoint’s members by gathering business requirements for digital projects and collaborating with technology and other internal OnPoint partners. The role includes creating plans for optimizing and improving Digital Banking systems and processes by collecting and analyzing data.ResponsibilitiesCreating detailed business analysis and process maps to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders, participating in story creation based on data findings.Interacting with software users to create specifications documents.Studying the market and gathering information to identify current market conditions and trends.Examining current business processes and systems, and identifying problems that need to be solved.Reporting: Creating reports with recommendations for management, and analyzing the potential impact of those recommendations.Planning and monitoring: Planning and monitoring the business to better analyze it.Backup to on-call duties.Ownership of testing-related activities, such as risk analysis, test plans or test cases, account conditioning; and coordinating testing activities, diagnosis of application or process deficiencies and/or problems.Recommend software and infrastructure changes as necessary, such as software configurations, server configurations, product thresholds, workflows/processes, reviewing application logs and recommending necessary modifications of database tables and tuning of peripheral applications to resolve the internal customers’ and/or members’ problems in a production environment.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAt least five years of related experience required.Must have a solid understanding of the Q2 application and be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in most areas of the application while possessing deep, specialized knowledge about those components.Previous experience in data analysis and programming language skills such as T-SQL and Python, including experience supporting software in a hosted solutions environment.Enterprise/mid-sized software customer-facing support or delivery experience required.Must have solid troubleshooting skills and resolve most issues with minimal to moderate effort.Excellent documentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.A focus on internal customer and member satisfaction, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and a keen attention to detail.Must have the ability to work on multiple assignments, prioritize, and resolve issues in a timely manner within a high-pressure environment.Knowledge of banking practices is helpful.At OnPoint, we believe a workplace that reflects the richness of the world fosters a welcoming and empowering environment for everyone.
