(North Minneapolis & surrounding areas)Field Based Role - Must live within TerritoryThe Veterinary District Sales Manager is accountable for execution of the Vet Business Unit (BU) strategy and achievement of business objectives/KPI’s by delivering account specific sales goals. This is accomplished by identifying clinic opportunities and leveraging sales data. This role works cross functionally to grow relevance, access to clinics and Vet recommendation within assigned geography. This is an individual contributor role.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s Degree Preferred2+ years sales experience, preferably B2BExcellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written)Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving recordOvernight travel required, occasional weekends for conferences; approximately 20-30% travelWhat would be your key responsibilities?Ability to translate knowledge of our products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunitiesDevelop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs. Leverage this to grow clinics within assigned geographyEstablish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within assigned geographyDevelop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to address the unique needs of the Veterinary staffDevelop strong working relationships with key stakeholder groups across the BU & organizationBuild partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesEffectively execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategyAbility to work in a cross-functional team-based environmentConduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and routinely adjust strategies, tactics, and investments based on changing needs to maximize territory performanceManage an expense and sales budget.
