Summary:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the overall sales and profitability of Keter’s business with Pure Play customers including Wayfair, Overstock, and potential categories on Amazon. The Key Account Manager is the main point of contact for Keter’s various accounts and is responsible to build and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external customer contacts. This position will also be responsible for developing potential new customers in pure play e-commerce.

In This Role, You'll Have The Opportunity To

Build annual / quarterly budgets to achieve longer term vision for customer growthDevelop a 3 year roadmap to achieve growth objectives, in collaboration with the product category teams (domestic and import business)Be responsible for hitting Net Sales and Direct Contribution target for accounts in all categories Keter has presence, which currently includes Outdoor Storage, Leisure, Tool Storage, Home, and Cabinets/Shelving.Be reponsible for forecast accuracy and works closely with the Demand Planner to monitor POS and forecast shipments.Build/maintain positive relationships with Vendor Managers, In-stock Managers, customer support and marketing teams.Work with Ecomm merchandising and marketing to ensure products have best in class product experienceDevelop monthly promotional calendar, tracks results and adjusts future promotions to incorporate learningsManage advertising spending to ensure optimized levels of spending against existing / new products; measure ROI on marketing / merchandisingProvides feedback to product categories on reviews, opportunities for improvements and new product ideasCoordinate with category product managers to ensure new products are launched on timeLead resolutions of any logistics, operations or finance issues within product portfolio

Requirements

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field3-5 years Ecommerce Account management or Ecommerce Channel Management experience requiredProven experience with Customer relations, managing customer concerns to satisfactory resolution requiredMust have the ability to define and successfully execute a customer growth strategic planAbility to respond daily to ever-changing needs on ecommerce and continuously looks for ways to optimize sales (short term & longer term)Creative thinking / challenges the status quo to grow the businessAbility to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skillsStrong negotiating, collaboration, solution selling and relationship building capabilities in an internal and customer facing role.Strong communication skills.Strategic thinking, ability to develop and drive a concept through to completion.
