Along with this you’ll gain access to SSE academy where you can upskill and develop at your own pace.This role will focus on:The OEM Medical Device and Diagnostics District Sales Manager serves our OEM customers and prospects in the Medical Device and Diagnostics Sector by identifying the current and future needs and applying value-added products and solutions. The OEM DSM will establish and sustain relationships with prospects, customers, and other influencers. They will work with the internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and WMFTG brand loyalty.The OEM DSM is accountable for the entire sales process from lead generation to close keeping in step with WMFTS’s consultative sales process and core values.The OEM DSM will leverage their engineering/technical background and experience to influence the customer throughout the sales process and liaise with the factory engineers to specify and quote custom-engineered products.What you’ll be doing:Manage Key Accounts to strengthen our relations and grow sales with those customers.Act as team leader to manage all aspects of a customer’s experience with WMFTG, working closely with the support team to ensure key accounts, customers and prospective customer expectations are met.Respond to leads, and sell WMPG products to customer engineers for inclusion in OEM fluid path, and equipment projects.Negotiate pricing and business agreements.Work as a liaison between the factory and customers to quote and specify custom-engineered products.Effectively communicate the value proposition of the full range of WMFTG product brands to the Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical and Medical Device markets.Monitor and progress a multi-year customer project pipeline, keeping tabs on the project from the initial design phase through to production.Ensure that all inquiries are followed up promptly, and any technical, price, contractual, delivery, quality, or service issues are addressed for customers or prospective customers.Keep CRM up to date including assigned Lead, Activities, customer visits, Cases and Opportunities.Weekly update of large orders forecast, and monthly update of pipeline on CRM.To be successful in this role, you will need:A proven track record of selling premium products using a consultative sales process.Significant Experience in the Life Sciences Sector especially Medical Devices and In-vitro Diagnostics subsectors.Excellent interpersonal skills and high professionalism.Exceptional oral and written communication skills required to communicate with internal and external contacts.Bachelor’s degree with three years of related experience.Engineering or Biological Sciences Degree is a plus.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Capacity to travel frequently within the district.Accommodations will be considered to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.As a growing and ambitious organization with a presence in over 60 global locations and across multiple markets, we can offer you the working environment and support needed to be successful.
