Objective:

Focus on growing our business and increasing our value at the client in partnership with the Account Team, Pre-Sales Engineers and Sales Support.

Role:

Project Management Oversight:

Keep status on Sayers products & services initiatives to ensure we are meeting/exceeding expectations. Support escalations and issue resolution as needed.

Program Manage large purchases and/or product lines with recurring ongoing purchases:

Coordinate with the internal Sayers teams on any logistics (kitting/configuration) processes and Sales Support Team on expected delivery timelines.

Own Proof of Concepts:

Provide pre-sales project management services for POCs to drive the testing and ensure a timely outcome. Types of work include owning the timeline, coordinating resources on the client & partner side, establishing a POC scorecard that includes clear success criteria, supporting end of POC power point presentations, etc.

Expertise in Excel & Power Point:

Pre-Sales Data Analysis:

Support the Account Team on deal structures, profitability analysis, renewals (analysis on scope changes, etc.)

Support the Account Team and Manufacturers on large deal power point proposals:

Coordinate teams to align on agenda, content, create slides, run internal reviews and incorporate changes.

Consultation:

Provide support through the internal client financial justification processes - including creation of: implementation roadmaps, business cases, power point summaries, etc.

Support Sales Team on QBRs and other Sales related functions:

Metrics and content creation in partnership with the Account Lead.

Key Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong multi-layered relationships with key partners.

Maximize credibility with key partners to drive successful outcomes.

Ability to assess and exceed client expectations.

Active listening is key to connect as a client advocate.

Goals for this position:

Creating the structure for large refresh programs (roadmaps, implementation plans), leading POCs within the portfolio, leading the funding request process (creating business case justifications, resource plans, vendor management), creating Executive power point presentations in partnership with the Client Contact.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

PMP certification.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

Grasp of basic technology concepts (infrastructure, applications, cyber security, engineering etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.

Expertise in Excel & Power Point.

Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Proven ability to create relationships and build trust at all levels of an organization.

Ability to manage conflicting views and drive resolution for successful outcomes.

Able to quickly adjust to changing needs and environment.

Very strong analytical skills.

Ability to create and deliver messaging for various organization levels.
